Visit the customer experience centre

Being a customer of IDS gives you the full support of our entire workforce. Whether you own or manage a retail furniture store, or are in sales or procurement for a house builders or perhaps an interior designer, you are invited to our state of the art manufacturing plant in Warrington to see at first hand, precisely how your doors are created. You will spend time with members of your account management team who will take you through the whole process to see exactly how your doors are designed and made. You will also have time to spend in our extensive showroom and see our swatch systems that gives you and your customers the ability to choose from the UK's largest combination of colours, styles and systems.

Typical day includes:

• Installation Demonstration
• Showroom Presentation
• Marketing Presentation

Food and refreshments are served during your visit and you will be provided with a sliding door pack to take away for future reference.
